Influencer Specialist / Site Acquisition Officer

Open to Fresh Graduates — No Experience Required (Training Provided)

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic, outgoing, and well-presented individuals to join our growing team as Influencer Specialists / Site Acquisition Officers. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy engaging with people, representing the company in public settings, and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and coordinating with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partner collaborators
  • Help in securing new site locations by conducting field visits, presenting company offerings, and building rapport with property owners or administrators
  • Represent Alliance Tower Corporation during meetings, events, and field activities
  • Support marketing and acquisition initiatives through on-ground research and public engagement
  • Prepare basic reports, documentation, and updates related to influencer activities and site acquisition progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and location approvals

Qualifications:

  • No experience required — full training will be provided
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and confidence in public-facing situations
  • With a well-groomed, professional, and presentable appearance suitable for client and influencer interactions
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willing to do fieldwork and attend meetings with partners and property representatives
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
