Flexibility in shift rotations; fixed shift times are not specified. Expectation to work weekends at least once a month unless candidates prefer weekend shifts with weekdays off. Shift Schedule:Monday-Sunday: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM AEDT | 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM PHTSunday: 1:30 AM – 10:00 AM AEDT | 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM PHTWeekends: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM AEDT | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM PHTAbout the JobThe Senior NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network infrastructure of our clients, ensuring high availability and performance.

This role involves proactive network monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, on a very high level and coordination with internal teams and vendors to resolve network issues. The NOC Engineer plays a crucial role in minimizing downtime and enhancing our clients' network performance. Troubleshoot network devices

Troubleshoot network issues

Troubleshoot backup issues

React to monitoring alerts

Review and configure monitoring alerts

Implement network upgrades and patches

Configuration of network devices

Collaborate with Service Desk on issues for customers

Handle escalations

Manage network documentation

Your Qualification:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools. A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in a network engineer role within a NOC environment.

Hands-on experience with expert-level monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools. Expert-level experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Expert-level knowledge of networks, servers, and infrastructure.

Experience with network architecture and infrastructure design. Demonstrated experience in terms of leadership skills within their role. Highly advanced knowledge of networks, servers, infrastructure, and basic security principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve network issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new methods and techniques in network management.

Mentor NOC Technicians and Analysts. Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Experience in a client-focused IT technical support role.
