Van Sales Representative (Visayas Area)

Job Summary:

The Van Sales Representative is responsible for selling and promoting ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics across assigned areas in the Visayas region. This role includes route selling, product presentation, merchandising, order generation, van inventory management, and ensuring strong customer relationships. The Van Sales Representative directly contributes to the expansion of product visibility and sales growth in the region.


Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Promotion
  • Conduct route selling and visit assigned stores, mini-marts, pharmacies, and retail outlets in the Visayas region.
  • Promote and demonstrate product features of ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics.
  • Generate and follow up on orders, ensuring targets are met.
  • Implement sales promotions, discount offers, and product displays as instructed.
Inventory & Van Management
  • Ensure accurate van stocks, including monitoring inventory levels, product expiry, and reconciliation of daily sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the sales van.
  • Submit daily inventory reports and sales summaries.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, wholesalers, and retail partners.
  • Address customer concerns, inquiries, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and visibility of products in partner stores.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Submit daily sales reports, route plans, and accomplishment updates.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor for sales strategies, route improvements, and area concerns.
  • Ensure all transactions and receipts are properly documented.

Qualifications:
  • At least College Level or High School Graduate (with strong sales experience).
  • With at least 1 year experience in van selling, field sales, FMCG, or route sales.
  • Familiarity with the Visayas area routes is an advantage.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Physically fit and able to lift or carry product stocks when needed.
  • Trustworthy, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel and work in a field-based setup.
