Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products or services by engaging directly with clients and prospects. This role requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships. The Sales Representative works to achieve sales targets, expand the company's market presence, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction within an assigned territory or client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets monthly.
  • Building rapport through digital and telemarketing.
  • Maintaining client relationships through remarkable service.
  • Identifying client needs and offering growth solutions.
  • Support and seek new business opportunities.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the team.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate (Any field)
  • Experience in Sales is not required but is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-driven and fast learner.
  • Knowledge in Mototrcycle parts & accessories is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
