Van Sales Representative (South Luzon Area)

Job Summary:

The Van Sales Representative is responsible for selling, distributing, and promoting ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics within the South Luzon area. This role involves route selling, product presentation, order generation, van inventory handling, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Van Sales Representative plays a key role in expanding product reach and increasing sales performance in assigned territories.


Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Promotion
  • Perform route selling across South Luzon, visiting partner stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, and retail outlets.
  • Promote and explain product features and benefits of ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics to store owners and buyers.
  • Generate orders and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Execute in-store promotions, displays, and merchandising activities.
Inventory & Van Operations
  • Manage van inventory, ensuring accurate stock counts and proper product rotation.
  • Reconcile daily sales, collections, and remaining stocks.
  • Maintain the van's cleanliness and ensure products are properly arranged.
  • Coordinate replenishments with the Warehouse or Sales Supervisor.
Customer Management
  • Build good relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and business owners in the South Luzon region.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and product issues professionally.
  • Ensure product visibility and proper merchandising in stores.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Submit daily route reports, sales summaries, and cash collections.
  • Report market trends, competitor activities, and area concerns to the Sales Supervisor.
  • Ensure all transactions and documents are properly recorded and turned over.

Qualifications:
  • At least College Level or High School Graduate with relevant experience.
  • With at least 1 year of van selling, route sales, or FMCG field sales experience.
  • Familiarity with South Luzon routes (Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Quezon, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Physically fit and able to carry product stocks when needed.
  • Trustworthy, hardworking, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel and work full-time in a field-based setup.
