About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our marketing and operations team. This is a part-time remote position with a focus on administrative support, email campaigns, reporting, payroll assistance, and light phone work. If you're organized, responsive, and eager to grow with a professional team, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities

Email Campaign Management
Assist in setting up, scheduling, and managing email campaigns using our email platforms
Maintain contact lists and campaign tracking sheets

Data Entry & Management
Update spreadsheets, CRM tools, and databases
Assist with lead tracking and campaign performance records

Light Phone Work
Make follow-up calls or appointment confirmations (script provided)
Take down key call details and pass them to the team

Reporting
Create weekly performance reports for marketing, sales and operations
Pull data from platforms like Google Sheets, CRMs, and email tools

Payroll Support
Track hours worked
Assist with payroll documentation and basic reconciliation

General Administrative Support
Manage files and records
Assist with other tasks as assigned (project support, coordination, research, etc.)

Qualifications
1 year of experience as a VA, admin assistant, or similar remote role
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
Experience with tools like Trello, Slack, CRMs, or email platforms (Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, etc.) is a plus
Comfortable making professional calls and taking notes
Detail-oriented, reliable, and good with deadlines
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
