As an Audit Associate, you'll be crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our salon branches. You'll conduct a variety of audits—spot checks, documentation reviews, and CCTV analysis—to ensure compliance, identify risks, and recommend improvements. If you're highly detail-oriented, have strong integrity, and are eager to learn, this dynamic role is for you.

Qualifications

  1. Spot Audits: Perform unannounced physical audits of salons, verifying cash handling, product inventory, service standards, and equipment use.
  2. Documentation Audits: Meticulously review salon documents like service dockets, service invoices, daily sales reports, booking logs, and attendance sheets for accuracy and compliance.
  3. CCTV Audits: Analyze surveillance footage to monitor operations, identify policy violations, and investigate suspicious activities.
  4. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive Audit Disposition Reports detailing findings, identified risks, and recommended actions.
  5. Risk Mitigation: Help identify control weaknesses unique to salons and suggest practical solutions.
  6. Collaborate: Discuss audit findings and corrective action recommendations directly with area managers and relevant teams to facilitate implementation.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Audit, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome We value analytical minds and a proactive attitude.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  4. High integrity, objectivity, and discretion.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and discussions.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  8. Willingness to travel frequently to various salon locations.
