Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Audit Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in audit and assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Preferably a CPA or currently reviewing for the CPA licensure exam (an advantage, but not required)

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information

Other Requirements:

  • Willing to travel for field audits
  • Amenable to work beyond regular hours during peak periods.
