Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to effectively diagnose, repair, and explain technical issues to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DAI products, including Rack Servers, LED Wall Displays, Biometric Time Keeping Machines, Interactive Kiosks, Interactive Smart Boards, and Network Video Recorders.
  • Highly knowledgeable in configuring Windows Server OS, Linux OS, and Android OS. High skills in Network Topologies, knows how to configure Network Routers, both wired & wireless, knows how to configure and manage Layer 3 Network Switches, and knows how to configure basic Firewalls and Gateways.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve their technical issues, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the problems and solutions.
  • Willingness to travel abroad for product knowledge and technical training with our foreign product manufacturers and suppliers, with all travel expenses fully shouldered by the company.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to gain a comprehensive knowledge of DAI products.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates on client equipment and systems.
  • Provide training and support to clients to ensure optimal use of DAI products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly and concisely to non-technical clients.
  • Willingness and ability to travel abroad for product knowledge and technical training with our foreign product manufacturers and suppliers, with all expenses covered by the company.
  • Experience with hardware diagnostics and repair.
  • Knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
