In this seasonal, full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and service. What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  2. Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in the database
  3. Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying and implementing appropriate solutions
  4. Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and solutions-oriented support
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in a seasonal or high-volume environment
  5. Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
  6. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry
