We are currently seeking a Command Center Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in customer service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can adapt to a 24/7 shifting schedule, we want to hear from you
As a Command Center Specialist, you'll serve as the frontline in monitoring and supporting critical operations. You'll be responsible for responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth and secure daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor operational systems and respond to alerts in real-time.
- Handle inbound and outbound communication across multiple platforms (calls, emails, messaging systems).
- Provide excellent customer support and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve incidents.
- Maintain accurate and detailed activity logs and reports.
- Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in customer service or a related field.
- Open to any college graduate—any field of study is welcome.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (including weekends and holidays).
- Basic proficiency with computers and common office tools.
