Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and verify all incoming and outgoing deliveries based on delivery receipts, invoices, or pick lists.
  • Ensure that the quantity, description, and quality of items match the documents provided.
  • Inspect goods for any damage, defect, or discrepancy and report issues to the warehouse supervisor.
  • Record and update all verified transactions in the warehouse log or system.
  • Assist in unloading and loading of goods while ensuring proper handling of products.
  • Coordinate with warehouse pickers, encoders, and dispatchers to maintain accurate inventory flow.
  • Conduct random checks and participate in physical inventory counts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in checking and staging areas.
  • Follow company safety and operational standards at all times.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a warehouse checker or in a similar warehouse role (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual work when needed.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules or extended hours if required.
