Role Overview
We're looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across two distinct brands:
- IV20 Spirits — a premium terp-vodka & cannabis-beverage brand defining the future of spirits.
- SM Services — a consulting and digital-solutions agency helping brands scale, automate, and grow.
This isn't just a social media role. You'll be managing campaigns, creative assets, storytelling, PR, and analytics — moving fluidly between consumer lifestyle and B2B environments. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands-on creativity, thrives in fast-paced multi-brand management, and can take projects from idea to execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Multi-Channel Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for both brands, aligning with business and growth goals.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns — launches, events, influencer activations, PR pushes, and content marketing.
- Oversee content calendars, creative pipelines, visuals, and campaign assets across all touchpoints.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor/agency relationships as needed.
- Adapt messaging and tone for both consumer (IV20 Spirits) and B2B (SM Services) audiences.
Content, PR & Storytelling
- Write and edit brand articles, press releases, blog content, and campaign narratives.
- Collaborate on press angles, product launches, and feature stories for both brands.
- Create on-brand visuals and marketing collateral (graphics, trade-show materials, investor decks).
- Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and optimize across platforms.
- Ensure cohesive brand storytelling across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Campaign Tools & Marketing Automation
- Use GoHighLevel (or similar CRM) to manage campaigns, automations, and audience engagement.
- Maintain contact databases, segment audiences, and automate follow-up workflows.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and feed data-driven insights into strategy.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and interpret key metrics: follower growth, engagement, conversion, and lead generation.
- Present reports and actionable insights on campaign performance and ROI.
- Continuously test, optimize, and evolve brand strategies to improve marketing efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management across multi-channel environments.
- Strong background in both consumer-brand (spirits, lifestyle, beverage) and B2B (consulting, services) marketing.
- Proven experience in press release writing, media relations, and content/article creation.
- Skilled in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing (CapCut or similar).
- Deep understanding of social platforms, paid ads, influencer campaigns, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong creative judgment and storytelling instincts with a strategic mindset.
Success Metrics
- IV20 Spirits: Growth in community engagement, press mentions, and influencer activation outcomes.
- SM Services: Stronger LinkedIn presence, inbound lead generation, and PR exposure.
- Overall: Consistent on-time delivery, brand synergy across channels, and measurable KPI improvement.
