Role Overview

The Online Sales Associate plays a key role in managing Blanc's digital sales channels and ensuring an excellent customer experience from inquiry to purchase. You'll engage with clients online, promote our renovation services and home products, and help drive conversions through effective communication and online sales management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle online inquiries and provide detailed information about Blanc's services and products
  • Manage listings, messages, and promotions on online platforms (e.g., social media, website, marketplace listings)
  • Process customer orders, quotations, and service bookings accurately
  • Support marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns, live selling, and digital promotions
  • Coordinate with the operations and design teams to ensure smooth client handovers
  • Track leads, monitor conversions, and prepare regular sales reports
  • Maintain brand consistency and a high standard of customer service across all digital channels

Qualifications

  • At least a college level in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in online selling, customer service, or digital marketing preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and customer-oriented attitude
  • Familiarity with social media, online marketplace platforms, and basic digital tools
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Interest in home design, interiors, or renovations is a plus

Location: Mandaue, Cebu

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
