The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in implementing referral marketing programs and coordinating with machine operators. This role focuses on generating new business, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting in the overall sales process to achieve company targets.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective lead generation strategies to acquire new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular product and sales training sessions to improve selling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's Sales Force Program and sales policies.
  • Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Prepare and conduct engaging product presentations for onsite and online clients.
  • Complete sales transactions while maintaining excellent customer service and product expertise.
  • Coordinate with machine operators for proper turnover, handling, and processing.
  • Assist in onboarding newly assigned operators and ensure understanding of sales procedures and processes.
