Job Description:

As an Office Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will assist with patient care, manage clinical tasks, and contribute to a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
  • Take and record vital signs and medical histories
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed
  • Assist with minor procedures and wound care
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
  • Coordinate lab work, referrals, and diagnostic testing
  • Provide patient education and follow-up care instructions
  • Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN or RN license (State of [State] required)
  • Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting preferred
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • CPR certification (preferred or required)
