Job Description:

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling CSR medical products within the assigned territory. This role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, managing collections, and participating in public tenders.

Area location: Pasay, Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pateros, Taguig, Parañaque, Las Piñas & Muntinlupa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell CSR medical products to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships to strengthen product visibility and client trust.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and collection goals within the assigned area.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient product delivery and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare sales reports, monitor expenses, and assist in bidding and tender processes.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or any Business-related course.
  • Licensed professionals are an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • With or without sales experience (medical sales background preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized with strong time management skills.
  • Willing to travel and flexible with work assignments across NCR South.
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
