Customers Service Representative

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers about electric vehicles and charging stations
Provide day-to-day functional and technical support, including testing and troubleshooting as needed
Create accurate customer records for technical support
Respond to customer billing questions and disputes; escalate to supervisor as needed
Assist customers with account management via phone and email
Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution
Maintain a deep understanding of EVgo products and services
Uphold quality assurance procedures and assigned key performance metrics
Communicate effectively with supporting leadership and respond promptly during shifts
Participate proactively in coaching sessions with a growth mindset
Attend all scheduled shifts reliably to meet service level requirements
Requirements:
1-2 years of technical or customer service experience recommended
Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm and competent navigation of computer systems (Microsoft Office suite and Windows)
Strong understanding of internal systems, Help Center resources, and operational workflows
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong team collaboration skills
Performance Metrics:
Responsiveness and engagement within all team communication during shift
Quality assurance score of at least 85% as rated by the Quality team weekly
Customer satisfaction goal of 4.5 as demonstrated in customer surveys weekly
Maintain efficient average handle time (current goal 6:40)
Strong, reliable attendance in full compliance with departmental policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month
