Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse / Safety Officer who will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of all employees. The role combines workplace health services and occupational safety management, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities: As Occupational Health Nurse:

  • Provide first aid treatment and emergency medical response to employees.
  • Maintain accurate health and medical records of employees.
  • Conduct health assessments and assist in annual physical examinations.
  • Implement health programs such as vaccination, wellness, and health education.
  • Coordinate with accredited clinics, hospitals, and the company physician.
  • Work with Human Resource Department for any given task.

As Safety Officer:

  • Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) and DOLE Department Order No
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments.
  • Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
  • Facilitate safety orientations, drills, and training programs.
  • Maintain updated safety documentation and assist in Work Environment Measurement (WEM) activities.
  • Prepare and submit required DOLE and OSHC reports.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Preferably with BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or COSHP (Course on Occupational Safety and Health for Physicians/Nurses) certification.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in occupational health or industrial safety.
  • Knowledgeable in DOLE-OSH compliance, first aid, and emergency response.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
