QA/QC Architect's job responsibilities and duties includes, but not limited to handling areas like design, communication, analytical thinking, and project management. Knowledgeable in deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction principles, and proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or finished master's degree, preferably license, but not required;
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction QA/QC to structural works;
  • Have a strong knowledge of architectural principles and techniques;
  • Proficient in using CAD and other architectural software;
  • Have a strong understanding of construction methods and documentation ensuring compliance with building codes;
  • Meticulous and pay attention to detail and able to translate client needs into blueprints;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively;
  • Proven experience in high rise commercial projects; and
  • Experience in supervision, inspection and quality control for:

a. Reinforced concrete works

b. Formworks and rebar installation

c. Structural and steel works

d. Foundation, slabs, columns, beam, shear walls

e. Waterproofing works (Structural works)
