About the role

Mazwin our sister company is seeking a driven and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Marikina City, Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, resolving queries and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction. What you'll be doing

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or manager
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

  • At least 1 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and other relevant tools
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
