As we expand to our third branch in the Philippines, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team.


Role Overview

As a Retail Customer Associate, you will be the face of Mobee Cars at our Pampanga branch. This role is a unique blend of frontline retail support for mall walk-in customers and virtual customer service for online leads. You will educate car sellers about Mobee's process, assist them in their selling journey, and ensure they receive a seamless and transparent experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for walk-in customers at the mall branch.
  • Handle virtual customer service inquiries (via phone, chat, or social channels), similar to our Sourcing Executives.
  • Educate customers on Mobee's car-selling process, set expectations, and guide them through inspections and offers.
  • Collect and verify basic car details from sellers, and update them in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with inspection teams to schedule appointments and ensure smooth handovers.
  • Follow up with sellers to maintain strong engagement until successful transaction.
  • Represent Mobee Cars professionally to build trust and confidence with car owners.
  • Support branch operations including basic administrative tasks and coordination with central teams.

Qualifications
  • College graduate (any discipline); fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (verbal and written).
  • Confident, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, chat platforms, and basic office software.
  • Willing to work on weekends and mall-based schedules.
