The Role:

  • Lead product development from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive customer engagement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Team Structure: You will work closely with co-founders, product managers, and a talented engineering team.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Proven experience in HRIS/ATS sale. B2B Sales
  • Strong understanding of SAAS business models.
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
