Job Summary

We are a Singapore-based architectural practice seeking a Senior CAD Architectural Drafter for long-term remote engagement.

This role is focused on producing authority submission and infrastructure documentation for public-sector projects, including covered linkways, bus stops, cycling paths, and similar works.

This is a CAD-based production role. It is not a design, BIM leadership, or visualisation position.

The work involves high-volume, repetitive CAD production where speed, accuracy, and consistency are critical.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare architectural drawings for public infrastructure projects
  • Produce drawings primarily for authority submission, with supporting construction documentation
  • Ensure drawings are compliant with regulatory and authority requirements
  • Coordinate drawings to avoid clashes with existing services and site constraints
  • Execute repetitive drafting tasks accurately and efficiently within established CAD standards
  • Revise drawings quickly and safely based on authority comments and coordination inputs
  • Maintain drawing quality, consistency, and compliance with Singapore standards
  • Work within existing templates, standards, and workflows
  • Contribute constructively to continuous improvement of drafting processes

Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years full-time architectural drafting experience
  • Strong experience preparing authority submission drawings
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD (or equivalent) as primary production tool
  • Experience producing construction documentation
  • Experience coordinating drawings in service-constrained or infrastructure environments
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable performing repetitive CAD production work with high accuracy
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Willing and able to work full-time remotely on a long-term basis

Preferred / Advantage
  • Experience working on Singapore-based projects
  • Familiarity with the requirements of Singapore authorities (LTA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, URA)
  • Experience in LTA or public infrastructure projects
  • Able to perform straightforward BIM (Revit) work independently.
  • Experience working remotely with overseas firms

Fee & Work Arrangement
  • Monthly fee: PHP 82,000 – PHP 92,000 (approx. SGD 1,800 – 2,000)
  • Working hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
  • Work arrangement: 100% remote
  • Contract: Independent contractor
  • Engagement: Stable, long-term (not project-based freelance)
