Microvellum Drafter

Our client is introducing Microvellum into their business and need an experienced drafter or cabinet maker with strong technical know-how to help lead the implementation.

You'll work closely with the Director to develop and refine our Microvellum systems, creating efficient, accurate workflows that lift quality and productivity across the board.

This is a hands-on role where your input will genuinely matter — you'll be a valued member of a small, dedicated team that's committed to doing things properly.

Responsibilities:

• Support the introduction and rollout of Microvellum within the business
• Work directly with the Director to build and refine Microvellum systems
• Develop efficient, accurate workflows to improve quality and productivity
• Bring strong drafting or cabinet-making technical expertise to the team
• Take on a hands-on role with real influence on processes and outcomes
• Be a key contributor within a small, dedicated, quality-focused team

What we're looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Drafter, Joinery Drafter, or any similar roles
• Strong background in cabinet making, drafting, or manufacturing systems
• Experience with Microvellum (highly preferred) or similar CAD/CAM software
• Excellent attention to detail and process thinking
• Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly
• A drive to build something lasting and high quality
