The Sales Data and Workflow Administrator is responsible for ensuring data integrity, workflow accuracy, and operational support across the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system and other sales-related applications. The role manages master data, collaborates with internal IT on data integration, supports vendor coordination, and handles admin tasks essential to field sales execution and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Master Data and Workflow Management: Maintain and regularly update outlet, product, salesman, and route master data. Administer call plans, visit frequencies, sales hierarchies, and territory assignments. Ensure alignment of data across all sales-related platforms.

  2. Sales Systems Administration: Serve as a data coordinator and light administrator for sales tools and applications. Submit validated configuration files and user access requests to system vendors or IT. Monitor system performance and escalate issues to IT or the vendor when needed

  3. Data Integration & IT Collaboration: Work with internal IT to support data integration between systems. Assist in resolving sync issues and data discrepancies between platforms. Prepare and validate upload files for use in multiple applications

  4. Sales Operations Support. Process and document other sales operations processes. Coordinate internal approvals and documentation related to salesforce structure or changes.

  5. Monitoring & Compliance: Track data accuracy, and other sales operations processing timelines. Maintain issue logs and audit trails for submitted files or workflow errors. Identify recurring problems and assist in implementing process or data improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field; or equivalent experience in sales operations, data administration, or workflow management
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms, data integration tools, and Excel (including data uploads, data cleansing, and basic analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across Sales, IT, and other stakeholders to manage system access, escalate issues, coordinate approvals, and document sales operations processes.
