QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or events management is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in the wedding, hospitality, or real estate industry is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet Club Ananda monthly Sales target
  • Answer all inquiries from Club Ananda social media channels, phone and email
  • Promoting and presenting Club Ananda products/services to potential clients
  • Assist the Sales Officer in developing Sales Strategies
  • Reporting of sales performance to the Sales Officer
  • Preparing and explaining contract terms to clients
  • Managing client account and ensuring they remain satisfied with the company services
  • Close communication with the operation team to ensure that the quality of Club Ananda services are met
  • Assist the Marketing Department with the development and performance of all sales activities such as Wedding Expo, Wedding Feast, A Taste of Sandari etc.
  • Monitoring and ensuring that the client payments are on time
  • Build strong relationship with clients and wedding suppliers
  • Making, altering or cancelling reservations for both Sandari Batulao lot owners who will use the pool and Club Ananda clients for wedding reception & accommodation
  • Handling complaints and negotiation
  • Provide professional after-sales support
  • Assist clients of Sandari Batulao with their needs
  • Performs other functions as may be required by higher authorities
