About the role

We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join the team at Aquamira Hotel & Resort. In this full-time role, involves prospecting new clients, managing relationship with existing ones, developing tailored solutions, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This includes also product demonstrations, account reviews, market research, coordinating with internal team, and achieving sales goals by understanding client needs and offering valuable company products and services.

What you'll be doing

· Identify and reach out to potential new clients through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach and networking events.

· Conduct oculars and deliver compelling presentations prospective clients, showcasing the value of the company's offerings.

· Understand client's challenges and business needs to develop customized solutions and proposals to provide significant value.

· Negotiate contracts, close deals and ensure profitable outcomes to the company.

· Conduct regular account reviews, monitor client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling existing accounts.

  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in the same capacity in a hotel or resort setting
  • Experience in Sales Blitz & Sales Quota

  • Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management or any business course from top universities is preferred
  • Candidate should have a pleasant personality, ability to multitask and exhibit courteous hospitality at all times.
