About the role

Join the sales team at Sotogrande Hotel & Resort Group as a Sales & Marketing Manager. In this full-time position based in Aquamira Hotel & Resorts in Tanauan Tanza Cavite, you will play a pivotal role for developing, implementing, and overseeing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and strengthen customer relationships. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on execution to ensure both sales targets and marketing objectives are achieved.

What you'll be doing

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and growth objectives.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present results to senior management.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts and business deals. Revenue streams
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members to drive performance

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (master's is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
