Responsible for the receiving and preparation of collection receipts of all cash and check payment for the in-house sale and the preparation of check vouchers for all our suppliers trade and non- trade.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist in receiving daily cash/checks remittances from salesman.
  • Prepares daily collection receipts for all in – house selling
  • Prepares summary of collection and deposit slip per bank
  • Prepares Check Vouchers
  • Prepares and monitors summary of CV's for signature at head office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. College Graduate preferably Accounting or any related course

  2. 1-6 months experience in similar position

  3. Computer literate
