Job description:

  • Reviews, assesses new or renewal accounts, and submits recommendation for Underwriters' approval, including facultative placements if with reinsurance support; generates, prepares and releases Renewal Notices per assigned line of business.
  • Calculates premiums for new and/or renewal accounts as requested by Marketing Department per assigned line of business.
  • Provides assistance in the completion of compliance and audit requirements both from internal and external requests.
  • Provides data necessary for the preparation of statistical reports per assigned line of business in compliance with the requirements of regulatory bodies and Regional Office.
  • Maintains and monitors approval of accounts being handled.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve and ensure that client-servicing requirements are met while management standards and goals are adhered to.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year related work experience.
  • Preferably a licensed Underwriter and with knowledge in Lending Industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skill.
