Job Overview

As a Content Moderator, you play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of online platforms by ensuring that all content complies with established policies, procedures, and quality standards. Your responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating user-generated content, approving appropriate submissions, and flagging or escalating content that violates program guidelines.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review and monitor social media content in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and consistent decisions.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of all actions, activities, and findings during work hours.
  • Ensure timely task completion without compromising quality and accuracy.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve processes and contribute to overall team growth.
  • Perform internet-based research and data verification to support decision-making and maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with leaders and team members by maintaining open communication and active participation in discussions.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in dynamic environments, responding effectively to change while maintaining focus on deliverables.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks, manage time efficiently, and deliver work under tight deadlines with a positive and professional attitude.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree/College Level/Undergraduate
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience working in a content moderator role
