We are looking for a Production Shift Engineer to join our Manufacturing Operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of daily production activities — coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining process efficiency, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure production plans are met efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate with different support groups to resolve production-related issues promptly.
  • Supervise technical operators and ensure strict compliance with quality, process, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on production performance, output, and KPIs.
  • Lead and implement improvement projects within assigned areas or production lines.
  • Conduct process, quality, and safety audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned to support operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning and control (PPIC).
  • Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and coordination skills; attention to detail; ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Schedule: Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
