Objective

Provide effective support to the store team through regular store visits and close collaboration, assisting with all HR-related matters. Supervise and implement operational HR procedures, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive efficient, clear communication between the company and the stores.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent and Training Management

  • Monitor store vacancies, headcounts, and coverage in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment with HR strategy and budget.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives in coordination with the Training & Development team, ensuring programs are effectively organized and results are reviewed.
  • Collaborate with store management and other departments to identify internal talent potential and implement career development plans.
  • Manage performance reviews, training evaluations, and feedback sessions in a constructive and professional manner consistent with career development goals and position expectations.

2. Engagement and Retention

  • Conduct and lead store morning meetings in collaboration with the CX team to ensure global content is effectively delivered and adapted to local needs.
  • Monitor turnover and retention rates; review exit interview data to develop strategies and initiatives that improve retention and succession planning in coordination with HR and Commercial teams.
  • Support and promote employee engagement initiatives and company-wide development programs.
  • Foster a positive work culture by leading by example and addressing issues affecting team morale or performance.

3. HR Operations and KPIs

  • Implement and follow up on corporate HR projects and PowerBI KPIs.
  • Ensure store rosters are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company scheduling guidelines.
  • Control hours budgets and implement action plans based on productivity KPIs and sales trends.
  • Coordinate HR and operational processes for new store openings and closures, ensuring compliance with company procedures and labor legislation.
  • Control personnel costs (headcount, hours, overtime) within budget guidelines.
  • Analyze data from store budgets (sales, productivity, hours) to identify trends and propose action plans.
  • Coordinate with other departments to improve operational processes and employee working conditions.

4. Company Policies and Procedures

  • Ensure all employees understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Issue and manage contracts and salary-related documents with proper approvals.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and preventive measures.
  • Oversee uniform management and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, including documentation, training, and preventive measures.
  • Promote and maintain a positive work environment aligned with the company's values and code of conduct.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Proven team management experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years of team management experience with teams of 50+ people
  • Coaching, training, and stakeholder management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel internally within the country
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 3-4 years of HR Business Partner experience required
  • Bachelor's degree required
