We're Hiring: Part-time HubSpot Developer/SME

We are looking for a Freelance HubSpot Developer/SME to help build, customize, and optimize HubSpot system to align with business needs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HubSpot development, automation, and integrations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Role: Part-time HubSpot Developer/SME (4 hours per day, between 6am to 3pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, configure, and customize HubSpot CRM, automation, and workflows.
  • Integrate HubSpot with other business tools and platforms.
  • Optimize lead management, reporting, and data tracking.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to maximize HubSpot's capabilities

What You'll Do:

Website & Domain Support

  • Assistance in connecting the complete domain
  • Double-checking the web domain setup for websites
  • Fixing any broken links detected
  • Adjusting website design elements that require coding
  • Guidance on updating pricing in the company website

HubSpot & Integration Support

  • Resolving spam email issues when sending from HubSpot
  • Setting up Form Lifecycle Stages properly
  • Enabling automated quotation features
  • Optimising SEO settings within HubSpot
  • Recommending or setting up plugins that identify the companies of site visitors

Training & Guidance

  • Conducting a HubSpot training session for our team
  • Exploring and utilising other HubSpot features that can support our current processes

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a HubSpot Developer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM automation & integrations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize HubSpot processes.
  • Excellent problem - solving and communication skills.
