Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.

Manage relationships with 3PL providers; negotiate service levels, capacity, and rates.

Track KPIs and lead process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Prepare weekly performance and cost reports for management review.

Ensure all logistics operations comply with transport regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Mentor and guide logistics staff to strengthen operational capability and teamwork

Work closely with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation and Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.

Preferably 5+ years of experience in logistics, eCommerce, or 3PL operations.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Skilled in data analysis, reporting and process improvement.

Knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP (SAP/Oracle), and tracking tools is an advantage.

Willing to be assigned in Santolan, Pasig City.

Can start immediately.
