Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.

  • Manage relationships with 3PL providers; negotiate service levels, capacity, and rates.

*

  • Track KPIs and lead process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

*

  • Prepare weekly performance and cost reports for management review.

*

  • Ensure all logistics operations comply with transport regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

*

  • Mentor and guide logistics staff to strengthen operational capability and teamwork

*

  • Work closely with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Qualifications:

*

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation and Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.

*

  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in logistics, eCommerce, or 3PL operations.

*

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

*

  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting and process improvement.

*

  • Knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP (SAP/Oracle), order fulfillment and tracking tools is an advantage.

*

  • Willing to be assigned in Santolan, Pasig City.

*

  • Can start immediately.
