Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage production activities to meet output targets while maintaining quality standards
  • Lead and mentor production employees including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
  • Continuously analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce cost
  • Allocate labor, equipment, and materials effectively to meet production goals
  • Ensure products adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock
  • Manage the production budget
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline operations
  • Generate production reports and provide insights to Plant Manager and or SFD Management

Job Qualifications

  • The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
  • l Proven experience in production management, with a track record of meeting production target.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Experience with production planning tools.
  • Budgeting and cost-control expertise.
  • l Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in Packaging Section is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Carmelray, Calamba, Laguna.
