QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration.
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or

real estate industry.

  • Internship experience in marketing or related roles is a plus.
  • Has a genuine interest in event planning and marketing
  • Has strong familiarity with event management process.
  • Independent, active, pro– active and collaborative team player.
  • Strategic thinker, innovative and has strong problem—solving skill.
  • Ability to deliver high quality of work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline- driven and diverse environment.

KEY JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and corporate events .
  • Support with pre- and post-event logistics including venue booking, supplier coordination, guest list management, and onsite support.
  • Contribute ideas to creative brainstorming sessions for marketing and event strategies.
  • Help manage social media and digital content related to event promotion.
  • Track marketing metrics and compile post-event reports.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and materials (flyers, presentations, event kits).
  • Assist in internal communication related to upcoming campaigns or events.
