Location: Makati City

Salary Range: ₱33,000 – ₱38,000 per month

We are seeking a Compliance Team Leader to oversee our compliance team and ensure that our processes meet all legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires a proactive professional with strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the compliance team to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
  • Manage ongoing review of materials, communication tools, and procedures to meet compliance standards.
  • Draft and review contracts and other legal documents.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate employment and personnel records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across departments.
  • Provide management direction, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Foster collaboration, efficiency, and accountability within the compliance team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in legal or compliance-related work.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Connections with government agencies and law firms are a strong advantage.
  • Experience handling government inspections or compliance processes is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other productivity tools.
  • Can work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
