Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing sales. You will lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work environment. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, implementing store policies, and resolving customer issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other retail technology
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City (SM North EDSA)
  • Can start ASAP
