As a
Corporate Communication Specialist,
you'll design and facilitate training programs that elevate communication skills across the organization. You'll coach individuals, guide teams, and help standardize communication quality through engaging sessions, personalized feedback, and measurable outcomes.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of
  3 years' experience in corporate training or communication coaching
  (open to other industries)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with strong facilitation and presentation experience.
• Educational background in
  Communication, Education, Organizational Development
  , or a related field preferred.
• Certifications in
  Coaching
  ,
  Adult Learning
  , or
  Training & Development
  are an advantage.
• Clear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities.
• Skilled in designing and delivering structured training modules, toolkits, and communication programs.
• Highly organized, culturally adaptive, and emotionally intelligent, with a collaborative work style.
• Willing to work onsite during the probationary period, transitioning to a hybrid setup thereafter.

Your Daily Tasks

• Develop and deliver engaging communication training programs, including facilitation and live coaching
• Conduct training needs analyses to identify communication gaps and improvement areas
• Design learning interventions and toolkits aligned with company goals and communication standards
• Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions to support individual skill development
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure consistent and measurable communication quality across teams
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, audits, and performance data
