We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist company in providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Engineering Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with Admin Manager regarding request for dispatching of company vehicles being used for official business (OB) i.e. delivery of materials and/or documents, product samples, personnel on OB, garbage disposal, etc.
  • Prepares and generates Monthly updates summary of Preventive Maintenance Report (Machineries, equipment and vehicles).
  • Handles Local Purchasing Requisitions, making sure that the items purchased are correct and delivered on time.
  • Prepares and canvasses BOM on Engineering Special projects/ purchasing
  • Handles stocks/ spare parts inventory and prepares Fixed Asses and Accountabilities

Qualifications:

  • College level preferably Engineering Courses i.e. Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • With Valid Driver's License
  • Prior administrative & purchasing experience.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Attention to details.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  • Preferably with technical background or experience.
