What We Do

Skylink supports aircraft maintenance worldwide. We work with large commercial, regional, and military aircraft—yes, the same ones you fly on vacation, that transport cargo globally, and that support military missions. Our mission? To simplify the delivery of nose-to-tail aircraft maintenance materials for clients across 30+ countries.

At Skylink, keeping information accurate and organized is at the heart of what we do. In this role, you'll focus on entering and maintaining data, tracking quotes and orders, updating records, and supporting internal teams to keep workflows running smoothly. To succeed, you'll need a sharp eye for detail, and a willingness to learn our unique operational processes.

As an Operations Support Associate, you'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that keeps our teams running like a well-oiled machine. From managing data and tracking quotes to coordinating vendor communication and maintaining accurate records, you'll play a critical role in keeping our internal operations seamless. You'll be part researcher, part communicator, part organizer — and 100% essential to delivering the WOW experience our customers love.

This role is highly detail-oriented. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy repetitive, process-driven tasks , have a sharp eye for detail , and take pride in keeping data, workflows, and communications meticulously organized . Skills

• Experience in virtual operations, Data entry, administrative assistance, sales support, quoting, or similar operational roles (1 year Minimum)
• AvSight/Salesforce Experience
• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Professional and clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn about operations and aviation industry basics

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly range: 10$ - 12$ (depending on qualifications and experience)
