Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Strategy

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and operational plans.
  • Lead annual and long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive decision-making and business growth.

2. Accounting and Financial Management

  • Oversee the daily financial operations, including accounting, billing, collections, and disbursements.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial records, statements, and reports.
  • Implement and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
  • Supervise payroll and ensure proper remittance of government-mandated benefits and taxes.

3. Budgeting and Cost Control

  • Manage the preparation, consolidation, and review of operating budgets across all departments and clinics.
  • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

4. Financial Reporting and Compliance

  • Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management, board of directors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Guarantee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including BIR, SEC, and DOLE mandates.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government agencies on financial matters.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and external reviews.

5. Treasury and Cash Flow Management

  • Oversee cash flow planning and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and capital requirements.
  • Manage banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms for credit facilities and investments.
  • Supervise fund allocations, disbursements, and reconciliations to ensure efficient cash management.

6. Risk Management and Policy Development

  • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Establish and enforce financial policies, procedures, and compliance systems.
  • Lead initiatives for financial process improvement and digital transformation.

7. Leadership and People Management

  • Lead and develop finance and accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence within the finance department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial management with operational goals.
