The Production Staff is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing, assembly, and quality assurance processes to ensure efficient production operations. The role involves operating machinery, following safety protocols, and maintaining production schedules while adhering to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of products according to specifications.
  • Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines.
  • Record production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
  • Assist in inventory management and material handling as required.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not required.
  • Basic understanding of machinery operation and safety standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills and reliability
  • Willing to be assigned at SHAWARMA SHACK WAREHOUSE (SAN BARTOLOME Q.C)
  • Amenable to work from Monday-Saturday; Shifting schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
