Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Journey & Experience Development.
Map out and implement digital customer journeys across lifecycle stages (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back).
Use data insights to create highly targeted, personalized campaigns that improve customer engagement and conversion.
Continuously optimize touchpoints to enhance customer satisfaction and digital brand experience.
Email & SMS Marketing
Plan, create, and manage email and SMS campaigns to communicate promotions, updates, and personalized offers.
Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven improvements.
Ensure all messaging aligns with brand voice and enhances the overall customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php24,000.00 per month
