Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin/Accounting Staff for our Quezon City branch. This role is responsible for providing administrative support, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensuring accurate financial and operational records are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Assist in monitoring budgets, expenses, and petty cash
- Maintain and organize administrative and accounting files
- Track and reconcile daily transactions and collections
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for billing and payments
- Support payroll preparation and employee records management
- Ensure timely submission of reports to head office or management
- Assist in general office administration and clerical duties
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting or administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Experience in the hospitality or events industry is an advantage
- Willing to attend a face-to-face interview in Makati City Office
