JOB SUMMARY

  • The Sales Admin Staff is responsible in/overall in charge of sales admin daily operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of FOS in coordination with VSM & TMP
  • Updating the following daily:

(Inventory, Daily purchases/FOS, Units allocation to MPs, Units for accessories, Units locations, Daily releases, Cancellations, Fleet accounts, Pending reservations, New reservations, Swapping report)

  • Reconciling everyday purchases against budget with Accounting Dept.
  • Swapping (via TPO) & checking on-hand inventory based on conversation & deal between VSMs & VSAs among dealers.
  • Double checking of folders for releases as well as the completeness of documents for swapping.
  • Daily preparation of inventory, FOS, releases & reservations report for management.
  • Confirming all firm orders & additional orders thru TPO.
  • monitoring units for transfer
  • Checking of summary of everyday units delivery from TMP carrier.
  • Create reports & documents for fleet subsidy claims
  • Monitoring LTO inputs and updates for MPs
  • Monitoring of other VSD Admin Stuff duties.
  • Preparation of monthly reports for VSM< Mancom & TMP.
  • Coordination with VSM on all TMP promos and marketing activities.

Experience:

  • Sales administration: 1 year (Preferred)
