JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • An Audit Assistants top priority is to make sure that the actual cycle count is correct and accurate base on actual existing quantity and description. The Audit Assistants accomplishes this by conduct cycle count per item and per category.

  • Conduct regular cycle count and to segregate good items to damage items. This is done on a monthly basis or upon required schedule.

JOB MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct Cycle Count and segregate good items to damage items.

  • Conduct Spot Audit and Monthly Compliance

  • Witness stocks subject for pull out (direct disposal and warehouse stocking for non moving/phase out items)

  • Monitoring of used and unused series of documents

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a College level.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft software, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • At least 1 year experience in stocks monitoring or any related field.
  • Good written and communication skills.
